Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced construction environment. This role is responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between project teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
  • Maintain and organize project files, contracts, permits, and schedules
  • Track and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and subcontractor communications
  • Assist with bid preparation and document submissions
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and office supplies

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
